While CNN and The Washington Post presented Trump as a laughing stock at the UN, The Wall Street Journal presented his speech without such editorial comment. Although he may be both inarticulate and undiplomatic, he is correct that we have been bankrolling those who oppose our own interests.
Last night 2,499 liberals and one conservative attended the Joan Baez concert in Philadelphia. After the show, Ms. Baez took a knee and told the audience that they must resist. Although her sincerity is beyond doubt, I wondered what improving matrix she actually opposes....
I had no idea she was still living. Impressive she could take a knee at her age. Could she get up??

Liberals have become a self consumed, self righteous, self pitying,group of very narrow minded people who mistakenly view themselves as just the opposite of what they are. The rest of us however see it quite clearly.

ReplyDeleteI saw James Brown perform to a packed arena in Cincinnati for a James Brown fundraser. Hell of a show. He actually took 2 knees. They put a cape on him. He arose. And danced like he was on ice.

ReplyDeleteMembers at the UN were laughing AT Trump because he was ranting like some banana boat tin horn dictator, sprouting nonsense about being the greatest President the US has ever had. Niki Haley spinning that they were laughing with Trump, is simply flat earther talk. World leaders know Trump is a buffoon, and their increasingly going their own way and ignoring the US because of Trump...this only ultimately hurts us, as we lose any allied support for desired joint moves, resulting in increased costs for us as we have to go it alone.

ReplyDeleteThe UN is populated by corrupt tyrants and self serving bureaucratic politicians none of whom has even a shred of integrity. Who even cares what they think, that said, the tape is there for anyone to watch. It is clear the main laughter came after trump acknowledge the smattering of laughs in a lighthearted fashion.
Any notion the the mainstream media is simply reporting what actually happens is a fantasy the media itself no longer acknowledges. So why would you bother?
