Just a few years ago the DA and the former police chief decided to turn their backs on shop lifting. Finally the merchants cried uncle loud enough to be heard. Larry Krasner the DA has responded to Coleman that the homicide rate is lower than it has been in a decade. Credit poor aim and good ER hospitals.
Coleman is my favorite pol in Harrisburg, he actually wants an accounting by Allentown's NIZ. Although his choice of words about the City Of Brotherly Love may have been better chosen, he's correct about safety in Philadelphia. There are neighborhoods there, like Kensington, that most cities would not tolerate.

“…he's correct about safety in Philadelphia. There are neighborhoods there, like Kensington, that most cities would not tolerate.”
ReplyDeleteReally? Maybe you need to take a break from the constant Trump-bashing and do some research on what democrap policies have done to this country’s major cities.
They all have their own versions of Kensington, some much worse. They are all a direct result of an animosity towards law enforcement and trying to pick and choose what laws are worth prosecuting.
Coleman told it like it is. If anyone is offended by his comment, it’s because they are ignoring reality and want us to do the same.
Philly is 💯 Dem Run.
DeleteWell, yeah. Both Philly and NYC are shitholes. They have been for years. Nothing new about that. They were like that 50 years ago when I lived in Allentown. They don't like it, but it's true. That's too bad.
ReplyDeleteThen people from there.. both of them.. moved up to Allentown because it was cheaper and nicer. And turned my hometown into a shithole like the ones they left. That's why I won't move back again......
I’ve lived in Allentown for 58 years and haven’t gone into a sh1t hole NYC one single time.
DeleteBoth Siegel and Pinsley are too immature to hold the level of offices they now find themselves in.
ReplyDeleteIn an apparent effort to “Go Hollywood” with their new found status, both have just made fools of themself concerning ICE. You see, hating ICE is a “thing” these days, particularly among Democrats.
What ICE is doing in enforcing Federal Law is not only legal, it’s a dangerous job neither one of these guys would actually volunteer to do.
The federal government needs to pay their bills too.
ReplyDeleteCorrect.
DeleteApparently the Trump government has not paid Lehigh County a single penny for its ICE operations while it is snatching people of color off our streets.
This is Nazi Germany.
Ah, according to the years quoted, the Democrats were also involved.
DeleteMaybe this one time grant handed down from the fed, to the state and than to the lehigh county for tri counties was a farce. Than as always misappropriations have happened as is the case with this to be used for from for deficits only to tax the locals.
DeleteJosh is consistently and loudly anti-tRUMP, that’s good enough for me.
ReplyDeleteBet he can’t explain why, nor conduct a meaningful discussion about the subject without calling names.
DeleteAnyone who didn’t vote for VP Harris and Gov. Tim Waltz should STFU. It’s because of you America is suffering while the rest of the world laughs.
DeleteI hold up the Governor of Minnesota and the Mayor of Minneapolis as roll models for my four grandchildren.
DeleteI’ve always taught them about the dangers of public decorum.
The Sheriff of Philadelphia Co. is not afraid to take a stand against ICE, loud, clear and articulate. The county needs more Law Enforcement officials like this brave professional official.
ReplyDeleteSalute!
She is the personification of the polished professional LE servant leader.
