Race For Dent's Seat
The facebook sponsored promo describes Susan Wild as a community leader. I happen to be bi-municipal... I work in Allentown, but currently live in South Whitehall. I have been a student of media and politics in both communities for many years. Although Ms. Wild ran unsuccessfully for county commissioner in 2013, and was appointed solicitor in Allentown, I have no memory of her being a community leader, whatever that means.
As a media and political junkie, this upcoming fight for Charlie Dent's seat should be worth the price of buttered popcorn. As a registered independent, I will get shortchanged in mailers. I did however already receive a targeted mailer to independents from Nothstein.
Readers looking to divine an endorsement from this post should know that I haven't yet even decided for whom I'm voting, much less endorsing.

Wilde was a willing part of ED Pawlowski's Administration. That was corruption central, it was obvious and as an attorney she willingly to worked there. Case close!
ReplyDeleteWhile I am at it, no one should try to sell anyone the canard that she went there to clean it up. That would be as big a whopper as she was a community leader.
I get 2 e-mails a day from Pawloski's partner in corruption Susan Wild.I live out of state so I don't get flyers or phone calls.Ms Wild is now following Her handlers advice and running from the Radical Left positions She previously championed as most Democratic candidates are now doing
ReplyDeleteWild has long ties to Pawlowski.
ReplyDeleteShe was selected by Pawlowski to keep the corruption going, not to clean it up.
Luckily for her, the FBI probe came to light six months after she started and they already had enough to snare Pawlowski.
Scott, you have no evidence for what you say. I seem to remember Wild saying immediately after the (second) Raid in July 2015 Wild announced she was making EVERYTHING the FYI wanted available. I don't remember any evidence she helped Pawlowski. Such remarks without evidence are reckless and strictly partisan.
ReplyDeleteLie with dogs convicted of 40-some odd counts of felony corruption, get associated with some seriously guilty fleas?

I seem to remember Ms. Wild hired a top gun Philly lawyer to represent the City in the F.B.I. probe. It turned out Her pick was suing the City on several civil rights violations. She than hired a local attorney with an unlimited Black budget to pay Him
ReplyDeleteRobert,
ReplyDeleteNo one worked at city hall unless Ed wanted them there and Ed knew what he wanted out of people. It really is that simple. After the second raid she would make everything available...who would have stayed after the first?
Robert -
ReplyDeleteSusan Wild withheld information on contracts from Allentown residents, refusing Right-To-Know Requests to make them public.
She ran plenty of interference for Pawlowski, while at the same time doing the minimum necessary to comply with the FBI requests, often delaying the City's response.
You've been to plenty of City Council meetings, and should know better.
Everyone down there one of Ed's hand puppets.
