dear anon 8:31, i have been to mr. gold's site and believe his POV is as valid, if not more so, than most of the local puff blogs. having some experience with inter-city rentals, i know the most problematic people are the most transient, and redemption is still possible by removing the welcome mat; funding to the social agency enablers.
