Bill Villa, The Tormentor

While Easton was celebrating the ordination of a new priest, Bill Villa was tormenting him. Not too many people want to confront Bill Villa, they just hope his vicious distortions don't come their way. The priest is an easy target for Villa, with forgiveness and all that. First a little background. Villa's daughter was tragically killed in a single car accident, about six years ago. She and a friend were out celebrating her birthday. He served about double the usual prison term for his offense. Everybody has empathy for Villa's loss, the issue is Villa's current aggressive behavior. He started out on a campaign against the District Attorney, Judge and those directly involved in the trial. Soon, he decided that you're either with him, or his enemy. His enemy list now contains 58 people, almost all of whom have no connection to the trial, what-so-ever. The list includes professors and their deans, most of The Morning Call staff, and local clergy, besides the priest. Villa contacts their superiors and demands their dismissal. If they refuse, they join the growing list. He once told me that he considers all fair in his war. He accuses people of doing to him, what he actually does to them. He describes the priest as a sadist and a cyberstalker, he describes himself as a grief stricken victim. Bill Villa is used to being the bully. He doesn't appreciate anybody speaking up against him. This post will move me up a notch on his enemy list, but those other 57 victims need a voice.

  1. This guy is seriously disturbed. How does he keep getting away with this?

  2. Because he has a lot of money from his daughter's death with which he pays lawyers.

  3. @3:17, i believe that he has made so many accusations about the district attorney, that the district attorney now has a conflict of interest, would be very reluctant to prosecute him. this situation has allowed villa to terrorize his victims, with no repercussion.

@3:34, villa did file some sort of a wrongful death suit, but i will not publish future comments on that topic. this post concerns villa's harassment of people in this community, and the distortions he has made about them.

  4. He is case study for when grief goes untreated and turns into mental illness. I hope he seeks professional treatment if not only for himself but at least for the memory of his daughter.

  5. MM - today State rep Jesse White was outed as being an online harasser by KDKA in Pittsburgh.

Everything we post can be traced. The Blog mentor and his minions should consider that. I do.

  6. @4:25, the blog mentor is bernie o'hare's term for bill villa. he and villa were instructed by a judge to not mention each other on their blogs. villa retained o'hare's picture on his sidebar with his other targets, and seemed to interpret the court order much more loosely than o'hare.

  8. It seems the attack on the priest emanates from old news.

The accusations of cyber obsession, from a review of Villa's bog, go back 3 to 4 years, based on Villas links.

Glad to see that Father Alex has reached his goal in ordination.

We all move on one way or another. Peace to Villa and his family and best of luck to Father Alex.

  9. @5:25, the word accusation has some credibility that shouldn't be assigned to villa. while he sends frequent insults to people, and contacts their employers, anybody just reading his blog is accused of "cyberstalking" against him and his family. your comment that it is old news is an insult to alex. you acknowledge that villa has been attacking him for years, and then wish villa peace? what peace does he give his victims?
