You were not at the first one. The thing is still in the planning process and the individuals formulating the plan took nearly an hour of public input, had us fill out surveys and let us know that there will be an email sent out alerting us to when the next public meeting is. I will make sure you know so you can go to the next meeting. A tentative plan might debut later this fall.
