Bernie's Blogosphere

This post is about Bernie O'Hare. Because I haven't seen him in about a month, and he's been losing about 20lbs. a week, I decided to represent him with the high energy geezer from the amusement park, instead of an outdated photograph. Last night Bernie wrote 7 posts on his blog. The Morning Call had 8 local stories, but they were written by seven different people. In addition to being the most prolific writer in the local blogosphere, he attends more meetings than the newspaper staff(s) combined. (Morning Call and Express Times). In between he writes for the Free Press, runs off 20 lbs. a week, and operates his title search business. I write one post six days a week, and next to Bernie, may well be the most productive blogger. (definitions of productive and blogger may differ). In tribute to his productivity, or obsessions, depending on your point of view, I publish this today, instead of tomorrow.

  1. MM, Thanks very much for the nice words. You have just made at least 10,000 enemies.

  2. Geeting definitely is at least as productive as O'Hare.

  3. You forgot:

In between that, he continues to be a hunk and makes women swoon.

  5. I can't believe anyone that reads this or O'Hare's blog thinks what they are reading is "news". A large majority of what either writes is inaccurate or slanted/biased to promote their agenda. They are not and should not be considered reports! They also only listen to the side of the story they agree with and write about that. I beg you to remember that what these guys or any blogger writes is an opinion. Sure it may have some truth, but again it is spun to suit them. Please don't make their egos any bigger by praising them. They provide nothing but negativity, hypocrisy, inaccuracy and propaganda to any situation they decide is their cause to write about. I would bet they do more harm than good!

    ...
Another anon shill for the mayor.
show you proof that these blog allegations are in any way false.
When you are right you are right, and Michael, you have been one of very few voices of truth here in Allentown.
    Keep it coming.

  8. @4:21 - Have you ever read our paper in Allentown? It is called The Morning Call. It is unbiased in the sense they never question the current administration or significant advertisers. They also have a list of whipping posts they focus on berating i.e. ASD. The realities of life - give the readers something that makes them feel good about themselves, in relationship to. Nearly always someone elses misfortune. Enjoy! Bloggers live on, the waning vestiges of journalists with ba**s.
